The Strazzullo family, who developped this wonderful sauce, began as fisherman in 1890, plying their trade on the waters of San Francico Bay. They evolved into the sauce business, and have since been busy perfecting this closely held recipe. The label features original artwork commissioned by the Strazzullo family -- a view of the Golden Gate Bridge. Tartar Sauce is ideal as a dip. Use it as a table condiment when serving fried calamari. Perfect for shrimp, crab, or any number of wonderful seafoods. Great on salad too!
